By putting a poll on your site, visitors can easily provide you with feedback on your site.  This will help you to know how effective your site is; is it easy to navigate/understand and does it effectively represent your ministry. 

To create a poll, log in to the back end of your website.

From the menu bar select: components > polls

Click on the new button. 

Type in a title for your poll.

Type the poll options you want, you can have up to 12, unused options will not be displayed.

Click the save button.

You should now be back at the Poll Manager. make sure your poll is published. The third column will have an icon indicating the published state, if it is a red X, click the red X and it will turn into a checkmark.

Click on the publish icon.

Check out your addition to see if it works.  Go to the front end of your site and refresh your screen.

• make sure the Poll Module is positioned properlly and set to display on all pages. see Module Management for more details.
