| Content items are locked. |
Another administrator is currently editing the content item.

Check to see if item is being edited by another administrator. In
the Administrative end go to Home. Then click on the tab,
Logged. This will tell you who is currently logged in to the
Administrative end.

| An administrator left the item without properly closing or saving. |
Go to: System > Global Checkin. Click on Global Checkin. This will unlock all content items. |
| Cannot login to back end (administration end) of site. Having issues seeing content items and or editing. |
In some cases the administration end of some sites are not accessible when using www as a prefix in the url. |
Try accessing site without using www. Just use the domain name: http://example.com/administrator |
