Some large, multi faceted organizations may require multiple Contacts. Here is how to create several contacts in one Contact category. 1) To begin, you need to create a new category for a contact us page. Log in to the back end of your site. From the menu bar at the top of the page select: Components > Contacts > Contact Categories
Click the Save
2) Next, create a new contact for the site. From the menu bar select: Components > Contacts > Manage Contacts
Click the New Type in the details for your contact page (do not link to a user). Select the category you created earlier from the drop down box. In the Publish Info section to the right, Site Default should be set to yes. Repeat this process for as many new contacts as you would like to add. Click the save
3) The next step is to create a menu link to the contact category. From the menu bar select: Menu > mainmenu
Click on the new From the Components section, choose Table - Contact Category. Type in a name for your menu item (example: contact us) and choose the applicable category. Click the Save Button.
4) Go to the front end of your site, refresh the window and view your contact item. You may wish to return to the menu item in the back end, to change the perameters of the item so the table displays as you would like it to. For example, you can change whether the title and some of the fields show on the front end or not.
